• Safety Compliance & Monitoring: Enforce adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements (Factories Act, OSHA, etc.). Conduct routine safety inspections and monitor proper use of PPEs among all staff.
• Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Identify potential hazards, conduct regular risk assessments, and investigate incidents with corrective actions.
• Training & Awareness: Organize safety training and emergency drills. Educate employees on safe work practices in high-risk areas.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reports. Ensure all safety data sheets are updated.
• Emergency Preparedness: Ensure firefighting equipment and emergency plans are in place.

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety/Engineering.
• Certifications: NEBOSH/IOSH/Fire Safety Certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years in a safety role within manufacturing or electrical assembly.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical hazards and EHS guidelines, understanding of ISO 45001.

Testing and commissioning Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and commissioning of HV substations (up to Extra High Voltage).
• Carry out testing, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced protection relays (Siemens, ABB, GE, Schneider, SEL, etc.).
• Review, interpret, and implement HV schemes, single-line diagrams.
• Prepare detailed testing reports, commissioning documentation, and handover files for clients.
• well knowledge in HV arrangement and component testing, stability .
• Coordinate with project teams, team leader for any technical issues during project execution.

To perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for vehicles, ensuring all systems function efficiently and safely in accordance with manufacturer standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles, including wiring, lighting, ignition, and electronic control systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on automotive electrical components.

• Install, calibrate, and maintain sensors, control modules, and other electronic parts.

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical faults accurately.

• Follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Prepare maintenance and repair reports for all completed jobs.

• Coordinate with other technicians and service advisors to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Electrical Systems or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Electrician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
