A Day in the Life:The Sales Representative will present and sell Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products and services to current and potential clients. Responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed targets focused on sales growth.
- Soliciting orders and promoting Medtronic products.
- Providing product training and support to clients.
- Leading clinical selling activities.
- Preparing action plans to identify sales targets.
- Monitoring local market trends and competitor activities.
Required Knowledge and Experience:- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Spine business.
- Prior clinical or medical sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
