- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate workflow with engineers, planners, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
- Implement health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
- Track progress and maintain daily logs and reports.
- Participate in schedule reviews ensuring alignment of tasks with overall project timelines.
- Review work plans, risk assessments, and permits to work (PTWs).
- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel to ensure productivity.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely material deliveries.
- Promptly escalate construction issues to senior management.
- Conduct safety briefings and site audits as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:- Experience in a supervisory role on large-scale construction projects.
- Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership ability in a high-pressure site environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards.
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
