Responsibilities:- Team Supervision: Oversee production workers, monitor performance, provide coaching, and schedule work assignments.
- Production Management: Ensure production targets are met, monitor schedules, prepare equipment tags, and maintain machinery.
- Quality Control: Maintain product quality, conduct inspections with the QC team, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and work with management on production strategies.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and maintain equipment.
Functional Requirements:- More than five years in a production environment.
- Proven experience in supervising production teams and managing schedules.
- Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
