Role Summary:The Sales Specialist will closely collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, which includes managing sales documents and updating reports.
- Assist in coordinating the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and communications to support sales operations.
- Help train new sales team members on tools and processes including Salesforce and Power BI.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales or executive assistance.
