Job Responsibilities:- Sell the complete suite of company products to assigned customers.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities within your territory.
- Issue special order requests as necessary.
- Collect invoices in line with company’s aging policy.
- Prepare documents for market calls or business reviews.
- Identify and report new customers to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader.
- Issue return forms for defective products after obtaining approval.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations.
