Role Summary:The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and managing business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities. Your main objective will be to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-lasting customer relationships in various sectors including industrial, commercial, or government.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Engage with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients to understand their technical and business needs.
- Present and explain products/solutions in a professional manner.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage accounts.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution alignment.
- Track sales activities and customer data using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in technical or solution-based sales.
- Experience with industrial, infrastructure, utilities, or technology clients is an advantage.
- A valid driving license (if field sales is required).
