Coffee Bar – Live Preparation in Front of Customers
Job Purpose
To prepare and serve a variety of quick desserts and snacks, including pancakes, crepes, and sandwiches, directly in front of customers. The role aims to deliver high-quality products while creating an interactive and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare items such as pancakes, crepes, toast, and sandwiches directly in front of customers.
• Ensure daily preparation of ingredients and maintain their quality and freshness.
• Present dishes in an attractive and appealing way to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (GHP & HACCP).
• Coordinate with the coffee bar team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Contribute creativity by adding new twists or developing signature recipes.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner during preparation.
• Maintain equipment and utensils in excellent working condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper use.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing crepes, pancakes, or quick desserts.
• Strong skills in live cooking and presentation in front of customers.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver with speed and consistency.
• Professional appearance with excellent customer interaction skills.
• Previous experience in cafés or fast-service restaurants is preferred.
