- Proficiency in property appraisal and data collection skills.
- Experience in market research and the ability to create comprehensive analytical reports.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively and with professionals independently on-site.
- Knowledge of appraisal regulations and standards.
- A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- A certificate from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Appraisers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
