Join Dar Al-Hekma University as an Office Manager!We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to lead our administrative team and interact closely with our Division's Directors and Staff. This position allows you to develop valuable skills and contribute significantly to the efficient running of our office.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Interact courteously with the Division's Directors and Staff in response to inquiries and requests.
- Carry out duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to deadlines.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director.
- Assist the Director in resolving Division-related issues and follow up as necessary.
- Help in developing the Division's policies and procedures.
- Communicate with division departments to answer questions and resolve issues, including budget queries.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of Administrative Assistants and support staff.
- Ensure the office meets deadlines and operates efficiently.
Relevant Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in the field.
