Join Neproplast as a Production Supervisor!In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising operations and ensuring high standards of quality and performance in our extrusion factories. Your leadership will drive efficient production, maintain safety standards, and achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate production personnel to meet quality standards and production targets.
- Monitor operational metrics and track progress towards achieving objectives.
- Ensure effective use of materials and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to address quality concerns.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and maintain TPM & 5S programs.
- Develop staff capabilities through coaching and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Experience:- At least 5 years of production management experience in a modern manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in plastic extrusion and process optimization.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to produce clear reports.
- Diploma in Polymer Technology or relevant experience.
