Responsibilities:
  • Researching and contacting clients and providing quotes and technical proposals for thermal insulation and waterproofing projects.
  • Determining appropriate systems for waterproofing and concrete repair and presenting offers to clients.
  • Contracting and negotiating with clients to secure project contracts.
  • Preparing invoices based on completed works in coordination with the execution department and following up on payment collection.
  • Providing consultations to consultants on suitable systems.
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and listening to their concerns.
  • Building lasting relationships and enhancing revenue opportunities.
  • Consulting with specialists to establish new business partnerships.
  • Achieving contracts and collection goals according to policy.
  • Coordinating between clients and the execution team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in the field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
  • Excellent computer skills (Office, Adobe, internet, online meetings, email).
  • Leadership and effective communication skills.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
