Responsibilities:

  • Detailing exercises and suggesting alternatives when necessary to ensure safe and correct performance.
  • Providing innovative workouts and exciting challenges to keep clients engaged and motivated while adhering to FAST FIT training policies.
  • Guiding and assisting clients during their training sessions.
  • Monitoring client progress and providing regular feedback tailored to each individual client.

  • Creating an ideal and comfortable environment for clients according to company policies (such as music, temperature, scent, etc.).
  • Being a positive role model for all FAST FIT EMS clients.
  • Promoting FAST FIT EMS packages and plans to increase the client base.
  • Providing plans and subscriptions according to the training you received from your manager when dealing with new clients.
  • Assisting in membership retention strategies for current clients.
  • Effectively following up with new and existing clients to ensure their commitment to regular attendance.
  • Collaborating with management and colleagues to ensure the effective operation of FAST FIT EMS branches.

Requirements:

  • Age: 22 to 35 years
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or a related field
  • Certified personal training certificate from an accredited body
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients

Job Title: Hall Supervisor



Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the hall's readiness daily (lighting, fragrance, music, temperature) to ensure the best experience for guests.
  • Welcoming guests, recording their feedback and complaints, and working to resolve them immediately to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
  • Organizing employee work schedules, making immediate adjustments in case of absence or cancellation, and ensuring a balanced distribution according to operational needs.
  • Managing a short stand-up meeting (5 minutes) before the start of each shift to review goals and important notes.
  • Conducting daily inspection rounds to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms and public facilities.
  • Ensuring daily consumption levels for essential tools and materials (towels, oils, gels) and placing replenishment orders as needed.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly employee performance through operational indicators.
  • Ensuring complete compliance with health and safety standards and regulations from the Ministry of Labor and Civil Defense.
  • Preparing and implementing ongoing training plans for employees to enhance efficiency and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
  • Following up promotional campaigns monthly in coordination with the marketing team and analyzing bookings and sales to support sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing beauty salons or spas.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team and achieve goals.
  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • High communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs and digital campaign management (additional advantage).
  • Proficiency in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).



Working Hours:


  • 8 hours of work daily.
  • 6 working days a week (one day off weekly).
  • Willingness to work during peak seasonal times and special occasions.
