Role Overview:This full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Representative involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional service daily.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service to clients across various industries including E-commerce, healthcare, telecommunications, and hospitality.
- Maintain professionalism and quality in every interaction.
Qualifications:- Language Skill: English B1 – B2.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Satisfaction and Experience expertise.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology.
- A bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Fully available for all shifts (247).
