We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Gym Manager to oversee all aspects of our fitness facility, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive membership growth while leading a team of fitness professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in the fitness industry, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating an engaging workout environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and budget management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Monitor and maintain fitness equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed
• Create and manage fitness programs, classes, and special events to enhance member experience
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize facility performance
• Manage payroll, inventory, and administrative duties

• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, visa processing, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Manage employee leave requests and track attendance.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
• Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Perform advanced non-invasive face lift and skin care treatments using state-of-the-art technology.

• 2+ years of experience in skin care or aesthetic treatments (face lift experience is a plus).

• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance.
