This role will be crucial in converting potential clients into actual clients through persuasive skills, negotiation, and professionalism in presenting real estate offers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with interested clients provided by the company and provide a detailed explanation of the real estate projects.
  • Accompany clients on field visits to real estate sites.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals.
  • Follow up on sales procedures until the unit is delivered and contracts are documented.
  • Provide periodic reports to the sales management about the status of clients and their feedback.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of practical experience in selling properties within the city of Jeddah.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market and types of real estate products.
  • High communication and persuasion skills.
  • Politeness and professionalism in dealing with clients from different categories.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales goals.
  • Preferably with a valid driving license and a private car.
  • A suitable university degree (real estate, marketing, business administration, or equivalent).

Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Accountant provides accounting and administrative support at the headquarters to ensure accurate and timely reporting and is responsible for customer files and monitoring branch activities. It also ensures compliance with company policies and applies the necessary controls for the sales process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Controlling sales operations.
  • Maintaining customer credit files and ensuring that they meet the required documentation according to credit policy.
  • Uploading customer documents into the SAP system and keeping electronic copies for auditing purposes.
  • Updating bond statuses and sending a monthly report to the Credit Control Manager.
  • Coordinating with branch finance teams to ensure customer audits are completed on schedule.

  • Entering data into the (ERP) system accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance or accounting.
  • At least one year in financial accounting for bachelor's degree holders.
  • 5+ years in financial accounting for diploma holders.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English in writing and speaking.
