We Are Hiring: Inventory Specialist
At Jawraa IOT, we are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory operations across IoT projects and ensure accurate tracking, control, and availability of IT and hardware assets.

Your Role:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets including servers, networking equipment, edge devices, and peripherals.
  • Handle receiving, inspection, tagging, and recording of incoming shipments, and manage returns and RMA processes.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship equipment for project deployments and client sites.
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical audits, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage warehouse layout, binning, labeling, and barcode/RFID tracking systems.
  • Operate inventory management systems (ERP/IMS) and update stock levels, allocations, and reorder points.
  • Support demand forecasting and coordinate with procurement for purchase requisitions.
  • Track asset lifecycle including serial numbers, warranties, and disposal processes.
  • Generate inventory reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and procurement to support project delivery.
  • Ensure secure handling of assets and compliance with company policies.
  • Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics.
  • Experience with IT or hardware inventory is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Odoo, Fishbowl).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware (servers, switches, storage, laptops).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle equipment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.

We are looking for a professional quality inspector with strong experience in the field of furniture and interior decoration, who has the ability to monitor the quality of implementation according to the highest standards, and to ensure that the work complies with the approved plans and technical specifications. He must have a deep understanding of the types of materials used such as fabrics, woods, paints, and accessories, with high accuracy in observation and evaluation.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the quality of implementing furniture and decoration works at all stages.
  • Inspecting the materials used (fabrics, woods, paints, foams, metals…) and ensuring that they meet the approved specifications.
  • Reviewing the plans and technical designs and ensuring their accurate implementation on the ground.
  • Identifying errors or defects in implementation and raising the necessary reports with proposed solutions.
  • Coordinating with the design and implementation team to ensure the highest possible quality.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the quality of work and stages of achievement.
  • Ensuring compliance with the technical and professional standards of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience of not less than 2–5 years in the field of furniture or interior decoration.
  • Excellent knowledge of types of fabrics (such as chenille, velvet, resistant fabrics), and types of woods (oak, oak, Swedish…) and paints and finishes.
  • Ability to read executive plans and interior designs and understand their details.
  • High accuracy in observation and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills to make correct quality decisions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel for preparing reports).
