Full-time The secretary is responsible for organizing and managing daily administrative tasks within the company, ensuring the workflow is efficient and professional. Her duties include receiving visitors and clients, responding to phone calls and emails, organizing appointments and meetings, preparing and filing documents, reports, and correspondence, following up on office work, and coordinating between different departments, in addition to supporting management in various organizational and administrative tasks. It is required for the applicant to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to organize and manage time, proficiency in using desktop computer programs such as Microsoft Office, good manners in dealing, the ability to handle work pressure, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information, with preference given to those with prior experience in administrative work or secretarial roles.
