About the Company:
Al-Waad Advanced Trading Company operates in the distribution of food products such as legumes, rice, spices, and packaged food items, serving the grocery, restaurant, and applications sector in Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the field sales team and monitor the performance of representatives daily.
- Supervise daily customer visit plans and distribute neighborhoods among representatives.
- Achieve the company's monthly sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports and extract opportunities to increase sales.
- Open new clients such as groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, and applications
- Follow up on payment collections from delayed customers.
- Develop offers and sales packages to increase the average invoice amount.
- Train and develop sales representatives and improve their performance.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance for management.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management in the food or distribution sector (legumes, spices, and rice).
- Experience in managing field sales representatives.
- Good knowledge of the grocery and restaurant market in Jeddah.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make sales decisions.
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve goals.
