Role OverviewArgaam is looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter who operates at a strategic level, not just executional. This role owns the narrative, shapes brand voice, and translates complex financial and economic information into compelling, high-impact content across all platforms. You will be expected to think beyond words—driving engagement, influence, and brand authority in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities- Lead creative copy development across video scripts, social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and branded content
- Craft sharp, insight-driven messaging that aligns with Argaam’s positioning as a trusted financial intelligence platform
- Write, edit, and adapt content fluently in Arabic and English, maintaining tone, clarity, and cultural relevance
- Develop storytelling frameworks for campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and editorial teams to ensure message consistency and creative excellence
- Translate complex financial data into clear, persuasive, and audience-focused narratives
- Set and maintain copywriting standards, voice guidelines, and best practices
- Review and elevate junior copywriters’ output, ensuring premium quality across all deliverables
- Optimize copy based on performance data, engagement metrics, and business objectives
- Stay ahead of content trends, platform formats, and creative best practices in media and finance
Required Qualifications- Saudi Arabian national, based in Riyadh
- 7+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in media, finance, digital platforms, or agencies
- Exceptional command of Arabic copywriting (Modern Standard Arabic) with strong creative flair
- Professional-level English copywriting skills (not translation—original thinking required)
- Proven experience writing for: Video content (short-form & long-form), Social media platforms, Advertising campaigns, Email marketing
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect content to business goals
- High attention to detail with the ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Portfolio demonstrating senior-level creative thinking and execution
