As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately.
- Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing various duties as required.
- Ensure fire exits and stairways are clear at all times.
- Timely report any maintenance work required.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and pathways.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and empty wastebaskets.
- Make beds, clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and mirrors.
- Replenish bathroom and room supplies as necessary.
- Tidy and arrange guest toilet articles neatly.
- Remove Room Service trays and trolleys promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:Ideally, candidates should have vocational training within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel and a good command of English is an advantage. We seek friendly, dedicated individuals with cultural sensitivity and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests. Candidates must be adaptable, customer-focused, and effective team players capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
