Previous experience in executive secretarial work
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word).
Excellent communication skills and ability to write formal letters.

Managing correspondence: drafting formal letters, emails, and periodic reports (in Arabic and English if necessary).
Organizing meetings: preparing meeting agendas, coordinating schedules, and writing minutes of meetings and following up on decision implementation.
Archiving and documentation: organizing and archiving project files (contracts, plans, supplier invoices, and labor documents) electronically and on paper.
Coordination and follow-up: monitoring the project manager's agenda and reminding him of deadlines for tasks and commitments with external parties.
Office management: welcoming visitors and organizing daily office logistics to ensure an organized work environment.
