Position Overview:As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our guests, managing incoming communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Greet Visitors: Welcome customers and guests, guiding them to the appropriate department or person.
- Manage Communications: Answer phone calls, redirect them, and accurately log messages.
- Coordinate Appointments: Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms using digital systems.
- Handle Correspondence: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and electronic messages.
- Security and Control: Monitor the visitor log and issue access badges to ensure facility security.
- Administrative Support: Perform office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
