About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and practical experience with the SABER platform. You will oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and efficient coordination between teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and deliveries (local & international).
  • Manage product registration and shipment approvals via SABER (Saudi Product Safety Program).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and Saudi Customs for timely clearance of shipments.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping and customs documentation.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with SFDA, SASO, and other relevant Saudi government regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of logistics and customs activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or customs delays.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless operations.
  • Train and supervise logistics or warehouse staff on shipping procedures and system use.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of the SABER platform and Saudi import/export regulations.
  • Experience handling customs clearance and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP or logistics software preferred.

Work Environment
This role is based in Dammam, with occasional visits to ports, warehouses, and government offices. Flexibility to handle urgent shipments or documentation outside regular hours is required.
