About the Role

SoftwareOne, in partnership with AWS, is seeking an AWS Sales Business Development Manager to join its Cloud Sales & Services team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to promoting the adoption of AWS services by presenting cloud infrastructure, migration, and modernization solutions. The position involves developing strategic customer relationships and collaborating with AWS field teams, solution architects, and internal delivery specialists to achieve business objectives within the Saudi Arabian market. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete AWS sales cycle within a designated territory, including lead generation, opportunity development, and closing new and expansion deals for infrastructure, migration, and modernization solutions.
  • Create and implement structured account and territory plans aligned with AWS priorities, utilizing programs such as MAP, OLA, and EDP to accelerate adoption and secure necessary funding.

  • A solid understanding of AWS programs including MAP, OLA, EDP, WAFR, and FTR, with the ability to leverage them to support customer objectives.
  • Familiarity with AWS partner models and co-sell processes, including effective collaboration with AWS field teams.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and disciplined deal execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
