المسؤوليات:
  • إعداد وتنظيم مستندات الصرف ومتابعة تحصيل الإيرادات وتوثيقها.
  • تدقيق المطالبات المالية والتأكد من اكتمال شروطها القانونية والمالية.
  • إعداد القيود المحاسبية وتسجيل العمليات المالية بالسجلات.
  • تدقيق حسابات البنوك وإعداد التسويات اللازمة.
  • إعداد التقارير والوثائق المتعلقة بالنفقات والإيرادات، وحفظها.
  • مراقبة النفقات الجارية والرأسمالية وفقاً للموازنة.
  • تطوير أساليب وإجراءات المحاسبة لمواكبة التطورات العلمية والتقنية في المجال.

المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على دبلوم سنتين بعد الثانوية في المحاسبة.
المهارات المطلوبة: عمليات المحاسبة، المراجعة المالية.
اللغات: العربية (متقدم).

Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat sales.
  • Promote and present company products, ensuring strong product knowledge and positioning.
  • Support the execution of trade promotions, activation, and in-store visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up to ensure service quality.
  • Handle day-to-day customer queries and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the sales management team.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned customers.
  • Support product launches by driving distribution, visibility, and sales in the assigned area.
  • Represent the company during client visits, tastings, and local trade events.

Minimum Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management.
