Franchise Development Manager
Job Description:
Vibes Holding Company seeks to attract highly capable talent capable of building and developing a comprehensive franchise system, including the preparation of all components of the franchise package, starting from the operational structure, through procedural manuals, and ending with the establishment of marketing and expansion strategies, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and design a comprehensive franchise package
Develop operational and administrative manuals
Set franchise policies and quality control standards
Design a scalable business model
Prepare investment offers related to the franchise
Determine the fee structure, profit ratios, and distribution mechanisms
Develop marketing strategies and geographic expansion
Supervise the system's readiness for actual implementation
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in franchise development
Deep knowledge of franchise systems and business models
High ability in strategic planning and system building
Advanced analytical and leadership skills
Previous projects in the same field are preferred
