Main Tasks:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and security of the delivery and receipt of materials according to the approved forms (Delivery form – Receipt form)

  • Organizing and arranging inventory inside the warehouse using the storage methods followed according to the nature of the activity.

  • Documenting all inventory transactions both manually and electronically in line with the company's document management policy.

  • Coordinating with the purchasing department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to supplies or purchase orders

  • Verifying the actual inventory against the quantities available in the system.

  • Preparing reports on shortages or surpluses and submitting them to management monthly.

  • Coordinating with the purchasing and finance departments in case of discrepancies.

  • Monitoring slow-moving and stagnant materials and raising recommendations regarding their reuse or disposal.

  • Assisting the internal or external audit team during inventory-related audit processes.

  • Ensuring the application of safety policies in the warehouse when dealing with hazardous materials or devices.

    The preference among applicants will be based on the following:

    -  The applicant's residence should be very close to the workplace.
    - The applicant should be available to work (not a student or currently employed elsewhere). 
    - The applicant should be ready to work immediately.
