Channel Marketing Director, EMEA
EDB’s Channel Marketing Director, EMEA is a highly visible role aligned with the channel organization. Reporting to the Head of Field & Relationship Marketing, EMEA; this individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with focus resellers, SI’s and distribution partners that meet/exceed joint business goals. Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in building strong relationships (remotely), developing joint programs and executing strategic integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth with partners and distribution.
  • Willing to travel to meet with leaders, partners, attend events and support the team (up to 30% travel).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment with a positive approach where no task is too big or small.

About the Role
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful marketing and event initiatives across the EMEA region. You will act as the key link between regional partners, channel sales, and marketing leadership. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Managing logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
  • Developing and executing partner marketing strategies
  • Tracking and reporting on programme and event performance
  • Collaborating to ensure successful campaign execution

Core Responsibilities:
Manage logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including speaker coordination, vendor management, material preparation, registration, and attendee communication. Develop and maintain event calendars and speaker rosters. Provide post-event analysis and reporting to optimise future events. Track, reconcile, and report on programme and event performance.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing in EMEA
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event production, or a related role
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
