About the Role: The Senior Sales Supervisor will manage the sales & distribution of all Poultry product range in the designated area. Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieving budgeted sales margin targets of Poultry products to deliver the company’s growth objectives.
  • Achieving product distribution in all trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share.
  • Maintaining wastage under budgeted levels to optimize margins.
  • Ensuring all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to the company.
  • Setting/reviewing targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objectives of the area.

Requirements:
  • Diploma Certificate is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience in a supervisory role in a van sales environment, preferably within the FMCG business.
  • Experience in handling key accounts.
  • Strong computer skills and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Competencies in communication, selling capability, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as influencing skills.
