An specialty coffee roastery in the Eastern Province announces its desire to attract sales representatives with experience, to work on developing distribution channels within specialty cafes in the region and the Kingdom.

Given the nature of the product - high-quality specialty coffee that includes varieties from the very distinctive infusion category - and the specificity of the specialty cafes sector and the purchasing decision-making process within it, we are looking for sales competencies with specific specifications that are not available in the traditional representative.

Requirements:
• Documented experience of no less than three years in supplying specialty coffee specifically to the cafe sector (hotels and retail and general wholesale are preferred but less)
• A direct professional network with the head barista and purchasing officials in specialty cafes
• A practical understanding of the decision-making dynamics within the cafe, and the ability to deal with the actual decision-maker in a manner appropriate to the nature of this sector
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written (proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage)
• Advanced sales skills based on providing value rather than price competition
• High professional commitment and the ability to build long-term business relationships
