Key Responsibilities:- Process and confirm guest room reservations through various communication channels.
- Input all reservations accurately into the computer and manage inquiries and complaints related to reservations.
- Stay updated on current promotions, room rates, and hotel facilities to effectively assist guests.
- Maintain an organized filing system for correspondence and reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
- Promote good public relations and seek to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure all calls and emails are handled according to Rotana standards.
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests and up-sell services when possible.
Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:
- A diploma or degree in hospitality.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy.
