As a Reservations Specialist at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the best selection for the guest while maximizing revenue through up-selling.
• Updating reservations to ensure a flawless check-in and check-out process.
• Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assisting guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative way.
• Taking ownership of guest requests and ensuring follow-up according to hotel standards.
• Recommending property facilities and assisting guests with information and special requests.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should be computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and possess:

• The ability to work cohesively with a team.
• A guest-focused personality, with prior experience being an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Preferably prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
