Responsibilities:- Maximize revenue through upselling and providing the best selection for guests.
- Update reservations and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly.
- Assist guests with hotel facilities in a friendly and informative manner.
- Take ownership of guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures while maintaining service standards.
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with special requests.
- Manage room reservation requests and update accurate information in the system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
- Team player with a focus on guest needs, maintaining a calm and courteous disposition.
- Guest-focused personality with previous experience being an asset.
- Preferred familiarity with Opera or similar systems.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
