🛠 Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage daily bookings through platforms like Salla and Google Calendar.
• Coordinate photo shoot schedules in accordance with the schedules of photographers and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp for Business in a polite and professional manner.
• Confirm bookings and send reminders to clients before the appointment.
• Coordinate between different departments (photographers – fashion – marketing) to ensure workflow smoothness.
• Follow up on payments and ensure orders are complete before providing the service.
• Flexibly and quickly solve issues and modifications in bookings.
• Prepare weekly reports on performance, bookings, and customer feedback.
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality of data and requests.

🧩 Additional Tasks to Support Workflow:
• Monitor delayed or unconfirmed bookings and follow up with clients or the team.
• Gather client feedback after sessions and analyze it to improve service quality.
• Create a database for recurring and distinguished clients.
•-Contribute to preparing the weekly or monthly schedule for photographers according to workload intensity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for scheduling alerts and promotions on communication channels.
• Follow up on any sessions that require reshooting or special adjustments, according to work policy.
• Prepare documents or PDF files for clients (such as session guides or terms of service).
• Write daily or weekly performance reports for management on workflow and notes.
• Prepare ready responses to frequently asked questions to speed up response times to clients.
• Prepare a daily work plan based on the shooting schedule and task distribution.
• Coordinate with delivery companies in case there are supplies to be delivered or picked up.

• Proficient in using:

• High organization, quick learner, and accuracy in work.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
