Role Overview:As the New Built Sales Manager MENAT, you will promote and sell to named accounts, focusing on the fast-growing Synchronous Condenser market in the MENAT region. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining commercial opportunities within your designated region.
- Contributing to pricing strategies and leading commercial negotiations with clients.
- Coordinating internal teams for offers and technical solutions.
- Frequent travel within the market region as required.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in power generation.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with Brush products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to coordinate multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously.
