•Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve set goals.
•Study the market and competitors and suggest new marketing strategies.
•Develop strong relationships with key clients and ensure their satisfaction.
•Negotiate and close major business deals.
•Follow up on the collection of sales dues and ensure clients comply with payment terms.
•Cooperate with other departments (marketing, customer service, finance) to support sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of sales experience, including one year in a supervisory or managerial position.
•Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
•High negotiation and persuasion skills.
•Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
•Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
