RISE TO THE CHALLENGEPhilip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Territory Supervisor. You will be part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Territory Lead, and based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:- Sales & Multi-Category Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple product categories.
- Monitor and analyze category performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product placement and promotion effectiveness.
- Change Management:
- Manage sales and distribution activities across the territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sales channels.
- Oversee execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
- Distribution Oversight:
- Ensure effective distribution of products and monitor distributor performance.
- Collaborate with distributors to overcome sales challenges.
- Implementation of Marketing Calendar:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for all product categories and sales channels.
- Gather feedback on commercial activities for future improvements.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Support distributor sales teams in achieving sales targets.
- Coach and train team members to enhance their productivity.
- Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Provide insights to management for sales improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:- KSA National
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on multi-category management.
- Proven experience in managing distributor relationships within the FMCG or tobacco sectors.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market dynamics is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Open to frequent travel within the assigned territory.
