Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate with experience in sanitary tools or lighting equipment and the ability to supervise the sales team in the showroom, improve their results, and provide necessary support. Key responsibilities include:
  • Equitably distributing monthly sales targets among sales staff to ensure overall showroom objectives are met.
  • Determining each seller's quota based on previous performance and analyzing market needs.
  • Continuously monitoring each seller's sales performance on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Conducting regular discussions with sales representatives to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Overseeing sales across all sections within the showroom to ensure the growth of each area.
  • Distributing resources evenly among sections to achieve balanced and effective sales across all departments.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities with customers and team members, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in showroom sales or management of sanitary tools or lighting exhibits. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and sales management software is essential.
