الوصف الوظيفي:
ستكون مسؤولاً عن متابعة تنفيذ القرارات الإدارية المعطاة من الرئيس المباشر. يجب أن تكون لديك خبرة سابقة في العمل الإداري ومهارات متقدمة في استخدام برنامج الوورد والإكسيل.

المهام الرئيسية:
  • تنفيذ التعليمات المتعلقة بالعمل الإداري.
  • فتح وفرز وتوزيع البريد الورقي والرد على البريد الإلكتروني حسب توجيهات الرئيس المباشر.
  • إنجاز أعمال الطباعة والاستجابة للاستفسارات.
  • تنظيم الملفات وحفظ المعاملات بطريقة تسهل العودة إليها.
  • تنسيق الاجتماعات وتدوين ملاحظات الاجتماعات الخاصة بالرئيس المباشر.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو التسويق أو السكرتارية التنفيذية.

المتطلبات:
  • سنتان من الخبرة العملية.
  • القدرة على التواصل بلغة عربية جيدة، ومهارات متقدمة في اللغات الإنجليزية والفرنسية والأردية والفلبينية تعد ميزة إضافية.
