  • التجاوب مع استفسارات المستثمرين.
  • رفع ومتابعة التذاكر والشكاوى وتسجيلها عبر النظام.
  • تعزيز التواصل بين الأطراف المعنية داخلياً.
  • إفادة المستثمر عن حالة طلباته السابقة والحالية.
  • الالتزام بمتطلبات تحقيق الجودة لمستثمري مدن.
  • مساعدة المستثمرين في تسجيل طلباتهم الالكترونية.
  • ارسال الفواتير وكشوفات الحساب.
  • توفير الدعم الفني للمستثمرين ومساعدتهم على حل المشكلات التي يواجهونها مع المنتجات او الخدمات التي يتم تقديمها.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • القدرة على إيصال المعلومات بوضوح واحترافية.
  • التعامل اللبق مع جميع فئات الشركاء والمستثمرين.
  • تحليل المشكلة والرد بسرعة والتعامل معها دون تأخير.
  • الاستجابة لاحتياجات الشركاء في كل مرحلة (استفسار، تقديم طلب، متابعة).
  • التأكد من رضا الشركاء والمستثمرين بعد تقديم الحل.

المتطلبات:
  • وجود خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع العملاء.
  • أن يكون حاصل على الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى ويفضل أن يكون لديه دبلوم.
  • أن يكون سعودي الجنسية ولا يقل عمره عن 21 سنة.
  • أن يكون لائق طبياً وبدنياً.
  • أن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك.
  • أن يكون لديه مهارات جيدة في خدمة العملاء.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing clients.
  • Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention.
  • Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to manual billing.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.
  • Notifying the Manager of any clients’ complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response.
  • Being knowledgeable of all products and programs and building value.
  • Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
  • Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels.
  • Actively build a network of contacts through referrals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with Team Leader to identify trainers with gaps in schedules and match them with new client prospects.

Candidate Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in sales (specifically within Fitness, F&B, Hotel Services or other Consumer Service industries is a plus)
  • Fluent Arabic and English written and spoken is a must
  • Two years Sales Experience in B2C
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).

Preferred Skills:
