Job Summary:
The administrative assistant holds a practical position responsible for implementing operations and activities related to human resources and providing administrative and practical support to the human resources department by performing daily tasks related to organizing files, data entry, tracking appointments, and preparing documents. The position contributes to improving workflow efficiency and enhancing the quality of services provided to employees, within a work environment that respects and adapts to the abilities of employees, and is suitable for persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Organizing documents and paper and electronic files and storing them according to the approved archiving system.
  • Receiving correspondence and forwarding it to the relevant departments within the administration.
  • Monitoring the administration's mail and classifying messages by priority.
  • Entering employee data into the approved systems.
  • Assisting in preparing the essential messages related to human resources.
  • Organizing the management meeting schedules.
  • Taking minutes of simple meetings and distributing them to the concerned parties.
  • Providing support during company events and human resources programs.
  • Assisting in preparing recruitment files.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a 3-year diploma in administrative sciences or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word programs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work as a team.
