Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Al-Fahhad Zegwaard Co., a leading provider of Industrial Services and Waste Management in the MENA Region, is looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our growth initiatives in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Job Objective:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will actively drive sales and marketing initiatives for our industrial services, including plant maintenance and waste management solutions. This role involves frequent client visits and requires an individual who can identify new business opportunities and secure contracts across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular client visits to industrial sites, factories, and offices throughout the Kingdom.
  • Present and promote the company's services to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Understand client needs and prepare suitable service proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales cycles.
Marketing & Business Development:
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to penetrate new sectors.
  • Support the development of promotional materials and digital content.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry forums.
  • Stay updated on market developments, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in industrial sales or B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of industrial client environments (*, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical).
  • A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Working Conditions:
Based in Dammam, with daily or weekly travel across the Kingdom for client visits. This is a field-based role with flexible working hours depending on project timelines.
