Role Accountabilities:
  • Accountable to follow the H&S/FSQ rules and follow the department standard operating parameters/procedures.
  • Inbound activities: Responsible to verify/match and offload the items that are received from suppliers/vendors.
  • Outbound activities: Responsible to verify/match and load the items to the truck that are assigned to the customer/distributor.
  • Responsible to ensure the packaging material movements from stores to production line and vice-versa.
  • Pick, pack, check, and load products accurately on/off from the racks, trailers, and to/from designated areas of the facility.
  • Accountable to stack loads in correct storage bays, following inventory-control instructions.
  • Complete forms and handle documentation.

You would possess the following:
  • Secondary Education or Technical Diploma.
  • A valid license in Forklift Operating with certification from an authorized training centre in KSA (mandatory requirement).
  • 3+ years of experience in operating a forklift, preferably within FMCG / food manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to read and write in English and Arabic, fluency in both languages greatly preferred.

Job Summary:

This position is intended to drive sales for all kind of business plant spares, Brown field projects and green field projects and penetrate the relevant customers across Saudi.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead sales, project pursuit and business development initiatives within the Power & water Industry, to meet or exceed orders target
  • Develop, own and complete the relevant Industry Strategic Plan Key Initiatives
  • Improve customers happiness by understanding, communicating and implementing solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate with and support with wider Saudi Team, work closely with Emerson & LBP proposal generation groups to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, competitively priced and are submitted on time. All proposals, leads, opportunities are in CRM with updated customers data.
  • Work in close cooperation and support project execution and service teams to improve customer happiness and complete projects within schedule and budget.
  • Embrace and promote “Get right the first time” attitude.
  • Keep up to date with developments, industries trends and market conditions.
  • Participate in developing and driving sales strategies for Power & water Industry.
  • Maintain an accurate project pursuit list and provide monthly reports and forecasts to Power & water Industry Manager and Sales Director.
  • Monthly orders forecast including getting clean order from customer and work with Customer Care take to book it.
  • Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and country marketing plans.
  • Work closely with other Emerson Business Units to increase pull-through content and identify white spaces.
  • Strengthen existing and develop new customer relationships, and develop relationships with third party personnel who may influence and make buying decisions.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable duties as required.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.

Who you are?
Coordination and negotiation skills. Business degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.

For this Role, You Will Need:
Engineering degree or relevant work experience. A proven track record within the process control industry, preferably in Power and Water.
