About the Role:As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within the Commercial Department, assisting in establishing and organizing the systems that drive our sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating scheduling systems, forms, and correspondence procedures.
- Maintaining and updating sales records and the Delphi system.
- Assisting with administrative needs and training under the direction of the Director of Commercial Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicating corporate and hotel policies to fellow colleagues.
- Support customer loyalty and adhere to brand standards.
- Establish and maintain files and databases for accounts.
- Conducting site visits and participating in client entertainment.
- Participating in joint sales calls as necessary.
