Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the pre-opening strategy and execution of beverage operations.
  • Manage all beverage outlet and banquet beverage operations.
  • Maximize revenue through increased sales and cost management.
  • Create and maintain a compelling beverage list.
  • Ensure effective inventory and cost control systems.
  • Collaborate with the training manager to develop team skills.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Plan monthly maintenance inspections and promote inter-departmental relations.

Qualifications and Standards:
The ideal candidate must have 23 years of experience in a Beverage Director role, preferably in luxury hospitality, with proven expertise in managing high-end beverage programs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead diverse teams are essential.
