Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all government-related processes, including visas, licenses, permits, and company registrations.

2. Communicate and coordinate with government departments (*, Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, etc.).

3. Ensure company compliance with all local laws and regulations.

4. Process employee documentation, including visa renewals, Iqama updates, and work permits.

5. Maintain up-to-date records of all government transactions and related documentation.

6. Represent the company in government offices and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

Saudi National (Mandatory).

Medium in English

Strong knowledge of Saudi government rules, regulations, and documentation.

Previous experience as a PRO (Mandoob) is preferred.

Excellent communication

Ability to work independently and manage multiple government-related tasks efficiently.

• Ensure alignment with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
