Job Title: Receptionist in a Women's Salon and Spa
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and welcoming clients
- Receiving clients with courtesy and a smile.
- Providing information about available services and offers.
- Directing clients to specialists for the required services.
2. Managing bookings and appointments
- Organizing the booking schedule and ensuring availability.
- Confirming appointments with clients via phone or messages.
- Following up on any modifications or cancellations of appointments.
3. Customer service
- Dealing with client inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Providing suggestions to customers about suitable services for them.
- Ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided.
4. Managing administrative operations
- Recording client data in the approved system.
- Collecting payments and issuing invoices.
- Tracking reception inventory, such as membership cards and promotional offers.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy.
- Arranging brochures and promotional offers attractively.
6. Coordinating with the team
- Informing specialists about appointments and modifications.
- Collaborating with management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferably in salons or spas).
- Excellent communication skills and courtesy in dealing with clients.
- Proficiency in computer usage and booking programs.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
- Neat appearance and professionalism in dealing.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (additional advantage).
Working Hours:
- Full-time or part-time according to the salon's work system.
- Ability to work in morning or evening shifts.
