• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Prior experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Friendly, approachable, and well-presented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Guest Experience Focus: Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty. Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, and services.
• Sales Focus: Generate sales while achieving targets via expert makeup knowledge. Participate in promotional activities and events to push makeup sales.
• Stock Replenishment: Ensure appropriate stock replenishment on shelves; report shortages and ensure compliance with stock receipt procedures.
• Consultation and Demonstrations: Advise customers on the best products for their needs and demonstrate their usage effectively.

• Technical Assistance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for employees and clients. Provide support for various operating systems such as Windows and macOS, along with common software tools.
• User Support: Assist users with the setup and troubleshooting of devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Provide both remote and in-person support for technical issues.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to protect organizational data.
• Additional Skills (Optional): A good understanding of Server/Network systems is a plus.
