Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment processes by collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments, negotiating offers, and managing employment contracts.
  • Prepare induction frameworks in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure comprehensive onboarding for new staff.
  • Review job descriptions and align them with salary grades and position classification frameworks.
  • Communicate outcomes of interviews and manage recruitment paperwork for approvals.
  • Coordinate logistics for new staff, ensuring they receive essential information about the organization, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure timely assessment of probation periods for new staff.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Keep track of ongoing recruitment activities and participate in interview panels as needed.
  • Ensure all recruitment forms and supporting documents are approved, including budget considerations.
