2. Preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
3. Reviewing invoices and expenses and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
4. Monitoring receivables and payables and coordinating with clients and suppliers.
5. Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and matching balances.
6. Participating in the preparation of the annual budget and analyzing variances.
7. Verifying compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
8. Contributing to the preparation of tax returns (such as VAT).
9. Supporting internal and external audit operations by providing the required documents and reports.
10. Proposing improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

1. Monitoring inventory levels daily to ensure materials and products are available as needed.
2. Conducting periodic stock takes (monthly, quarterly, annually) and matching actual quantities with the system.
3. Analyzing discrepancies between actual and recorded stock, and providing detailed reports on causes and solutions.
4. Entering and updating inventory data in electronic systems accurately.
5. Coordinating with other departments (such as purchasing and production) to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
6. Proposing reorder levels (Reorder Levels) to avoid stock running out or piling up.
7. Ensuring adherence to safety and storage procedures in accordance with established standards.
8. Preparing periodic reports on inventory status, performance indicators, and supply levels.
9. Participating in improving processes and developing inventory control mechanisms.
