Tasks and Responsibilities:


1. Welcoming Visitors:

 - Greeting visitors and office staff in a professional and courteous manner.

 - Ensuring visitor registration and directing them to the appropriate place.


2. Managing Phone Calls:

 - Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments.

 - Handling basic inquiries and providing necessary information.


3. Organizing Appointments:

 - Scheduling appointments and meetings for employees and assisting in managing calendars.

 - Following up on appointments and ensuring the necessary supplies for meetings are available.


4. Administrative Coordination:

 - Providing administrative support such as preparing documents and attendance reports.

 - Assisting in other tasks as needed.


5. Representing the Company:

 - Maintaining the company's image through positive interaction with visitors and clients.

 - Ensuring that the office environment reflects the company's values and culture.


Required Qualifications:


- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Previous experience in reception or customer service is considered an additional advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle different situations professionally.

- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.


Working Hours:

Game Master

The main tasks of the Game Master are:

1. Welcoming participants (those with prior reservations) with a smile and kindness, and completing the payment process.

2. Hosting them in the game education room with enthusiasm and excitement, giving them an overview of the game using your best welcoming and presentation skills.

3. After that, participants will head to the senses rooms
(Each senses room is equipped with cameras, headphones, and a microphone for communication with the Game Master remotely) and you will head to the Game Master room (also equipped with computers, microphones, and display screens) from where you will manage their entertainment tour remotely. Managing the game requires skills in managing and organizing participants, activating the spirit of fun, excitement, and motivation. This is done through:

- Guiding and welcoming them in the various rooms.
- Educating them about the elements present in the rooms.
- Receiving their solutions to puzzles and instilling a sense of excitement and thrill.


Additional Job Responsibilities: Managing the Sensations entertainment game minimally and guiding groups in the entertainment rooms
