Join the prestigious Kempinski Hotels as a Telephone Operator!As a vital member of our Rooms Division and Front Office & Guest Services, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression by answering all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner. Our aim is to deliver a distinctively luxurious experience to all our guests while adhering to Kempinski and LQA standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate extension efficiently and kindly.
- Accurately take messages for guests and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage guests' requests for 'Do Not Disturb' and other confidentiality needs.
- Handle personal wakeup call requests in line with LQA standards.
- Address guests' inquiries and requests, providing assistance or referring them to the relevant departments when necessary.
- In emergencies, serve as the communication center for the hotel.
- Maintain records of Domestic Direct Dial and International Direct Dial communications.
- Monitor TV channels and music in public areas to ensure quality service.
- Keep up-to-date with the telephone directory, emergency procedures, and hotel promotions.
- Maintain a tidy working environment at all times.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the hotel.
